Former Colombian Pres.: Biden can unite nations
Former Colombian President feels that President-elect Joe Biden understands the importance of cooperation between nations. Speaking to the Associated Press from Bogota on Tuesday, Juan Manuel Santos said Biden understands "value and the importance of multilateralism." He also emphasized that with Biden, as president of the U.S. there is hope that the ongoing coronavirus pandemic can be dealt in a better way.
