Notice is hereby given that on November 9th, 2020, in the County Court of York County, Nebraska, the Registrar issued a written statement of Informal Probate of the Will of said Decedent and that Virginia A. Holland of 1 Country Club Hts., York, NE 68467-4011 was informally appointed by the Registrar as Personal Representative of the Estate.
Creditors of this Estate must file their claims with this Court on or before January 12th, 2021 or be forever barred.
