Engagement, Rathje-Bulgrin
DENVER, COLO. -- Elizabeth Rathje of Lincoln and Kurt Bulgrin of Waco are announcing their engagement and plans for a July wedding in Denver, Colo.
Elizabeth is the daughter of Gary and Mary Rathje of Denver, Colo. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Kurt is the son of James and Pauline Bulgrin of Waco. Kurt is employed as a Legislative Aide to Senator Arnie Stuthman and also serves as a member on the York County Board of Commissioners.
